Recruitment operations for UAE & Gulf cross-border hiring
From CV to arrival gate — one system of record.
HROps unifies the entire candidate-to-hire journey — interviews, offers, document verification, MOHRE work permits, eVisas, flights and pickup, guarantees and sub-agent commissions — on a single, fully audited platform for recruitment agencies and volume employers.
30-minute walkthrough · Bring your messiest pipeline
The problem
Cross-border hiring doesn't fail in the interview. It fails in the follow-through.
Permits, payouts and client updates still run across spreadsheets, inboxes and chat threads. That is where margin and reputation leak.
Legal windows close silently
MOHRE and eVisa deadlines pass quietly in inboxes. One expired permit means rework, fines, and a worker stuck in transit.
Clients chase you for updates
Status lives in WhatsApp screenshots. Client HR escalates, and your team re-types the same report every week.
Money leaks at file close
Invoices, sub-agent commissions, holdbacks and guarantee clawbacks tracked across sheets — or not at all.
Compliance lives in people's heads
Passports in email threads, ECR/ECNR checks from memory, and no audit trail when someone asks "show me".
The platform
Eleven stages. Zero skipped gates.
Every case advances through a versioned workflow. A stage cannot move until its required evidence is recorded — and every movement lands in an append-only audit trail.
- CV Receipt
- Interview
- Offer Letter
- Signing & Acceptance
- Document Gathering
- Verification
- Final Confirmation
- MOHRE / MOL
- eVisa
- Air Ticket
- Pickup & Arrival
- Versioned, tenant-customizable workflows
- Evidence-gated transitions
- Immutable stage history
Why HROps
Built for the three questions every operations leader asks.
Will my team move faster? Will I finally see everything? Where is the money? HROps answers all three with evidence — then proves it can be trusted.
Productivity
Every operator starts the day with the next right action.
My Day ranks the queue in business-value order — Act Now, This Week, On Track — with deadline countdowns and SLA breaches surfaced before they cost you.
- Tasks auto-created from pipeline events — idempotent, deduplicated, claimed and completed under full audit.
- Bulk imports for candidates, clients and jobs — migration measured in days, not quarters.
- A permission-scoped AI Copilot answers from your tenant's data — and says "not authorized" when it should.
- Throughput and velocity lenses show where cases stall, per stage, against SLA targets.
The first thing to disappear: the morning status meeting.
Transparency
Stop sending status updates. Start sharing a live view.
- Client Space gives client HR a live cockpit — openings, submissions, interview feedback — with commissions, margins and sourcing attribution contractually stripped.
- Candidate Space lets candidates upload documents, accept offers and follow their own case — via single-use invites over email, WhatsApp or a link.
- Audit Lineage: every metric drills to its formula, business context and the exact records behind it — exportable to CSV.
- One timeline per case: what happened and what is due next, chronologically, without losing the audit trail.
Weekly status calls become a link.
Financial control
Nothing outstanding at file close.
- Client invoices and payments tracked per case — no orphaned receivables.
- Sub-agent commission ledger with holdbacks, release rules and clawback settlement.
- Placement guarantees anchored to actual joining dates — early exits, replacements and refunds, with exposure alerts at T-7 and midpoint.
- Post-join obligations — medical, Emirates ID, Tawjeeh, ILOE, visa stamping — tracked to closure.
The fee you earned stays earned.
Security & data custody
Passports, permits and payroll-grade data — handled like they matter.
Built on the primitives enterprises audit for: hard tenant isolation, enforced MFA, encrypted secrets, and an audit trail that includes the administrators.

- Postgres Row-Level Security with FORCE RLS on every tenant table — the database enforces isolation, not application code alone.
- TOTP MFA enforced at first login; authenticator secrets AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest; bcrypt password hashing.
- Documents in private object storage with presigned URLs scoped per viewer — partners never see storage keys.
- A contractual visibility matrix: client HR can never see commissions, margins or sub-agent identities — enforced at the API schema level.
- Rate-limited authentication, single-use invites, and a hardened BFF boundary on Cloudflare's global edge.
- Break-glass admin actions are audited too.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask before they call.
What is HROps?
HROps is a multi-tenant recruitment-operations platform that runs the entire candidate-to-hire lifecycle for Gulf cross-border hiring — from CV intake through MOHRE permits, eVisas and travel, to guarantees and commission settlement — with every action audited.
Who is HROps for?
HROps is built for recruitment agencies managing clients and sub-agent networks, and for direct employers running bulk overseas hiring. Employers get the same pipeline without the agency-finance layer.
We already use spreadsheets and an ATS. What changes?
HROps does not just track candidates — it operates the logistics and finance around each hire: permits, visas, flights, payouts and guarantees, with each transition gated by recorded evidence.
How is our data isolated from other customers?
Every tenant table is protected by PostgreSQL row-level security in FORCE mode, so isolation is enforced by the database itself on every query — not by application code alone.
Can clients and candidates log in without seeing internal data?
Yes. Client Space and Candidate Space are separate, contractually restricted lenses: clients never see margins, commissions or sub-agent identities, and candidates see only their own case.
Which UAE-specific processes are built in?
MOHRE/MOL work permits, eVisa validity windows, ECR/ECNR passport classes, OK-to-Board travel checks, and post-join obligations: medical, Emirates ID, Tawjeeh, ILOE and visa stamping.
How are commissions and placement guarantees handled?
A per-case commission ledger with holdbacks and clawback settlement, plus guarantee windows anchored to actual joining dates with T-7 and midpoint exposure alerts.
How do we migrate, and what does it cost?
Bulk import APIs cover candidates, clients and jobs, with guided onboarding. Pricing is a per-tenant subscription scoped to the size of your operation — talk to sales.
